ABOUT MAISON GIULIA

Maison Giulia is crafted with precision and passion by founders Gwen Salley and Yulia Li, two lovers of the Mediterranean who wanted to create a sophisticated and grown-up alternative to traditional sparkling wines. Free from added sugars and artificial flavours, it is made from a luscious white grape verjus delicately infused with subtle notes of lavender and fig leaves. The result is a wonderfully dry sparkling cuvée that is free from the overt sweetness so prevalent in other non-alcoholic wines.

Launched in November 2024, Maison Giulia made waves on its debut at Le Petit Nice Passedat, the legendary three-Michelin-star restaurant in Marseille. The overwhelmingly enthusiastic response has led to it gracing the tables of some of the finest restaurants and bars in France over the past year, and we're excited now be bringing it to Hong Kong.

“After years of living at a relentless pace across three continents, we felt the need to regain balance and reconnect with what truly matters.

The Mediterranean reminds us every day that time is precious and that moments shared with our loved ones are invaluable.

Through Maison Giulia, we want to pay tribute to these landscapes and this gastronomy, whose essence lies in conviviality and celebration."
