LIMONCITO

Tequila cocktail. Base: Casa Loy Blanco Tequila

This refreshing cocktail masterfully blends the crisp notes of Tequila Casa Loy Blanco with the bright, zesty flavors of lemon cordial and a hint of bittersweet lemon bitters. 

Ingredients:

• 1 3⁄4 oz (50 cl) Tequila Casa Loy Blanco.
• 1 oz (3 cl) lemon cordial.
• 3 drops of lemon bitter.
• 2 tbsp (0.5 cl) lemon juice
• Tonic Water.

Procedure: Pour all the ingredients into the shaker (except the tonic
water) add ice and start shaking for 5 seconds, then, pour the cocktail
into a glass using a simple strain, fill up the cocktail with tonic water
and stir, finish the cocktail by adding a garnish. 

Technique: Shaking + Top.

Glass: Highball.

Garnish: Twist of lemon. 

Pairing: Sashimis, tartars, paella, sushi, nigiris, carpaccios, salmon,
ties, and soft cheeses.
