INGREDIENTS

• 40ml Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto
• 100ml Maison Giulia
• Splash of soda water / sparkling water

METHOD

Add ice cubes to a large wine glass. Pour in the Italicus, then slowly add the Maison Giulia. Add a splash of soda and stir delicately from bottom to top to retain the effervescence. Garnish with a twist of citrus and/or a sprig of fresh lavender
